Waterfalls

I woke up this morning and I knew I need to be near a waterfall.

In tune with the energies of nature (most of the time!) I often feel clear about where I need to be to be soothed or healed or energised. This can be on the sea shore, among the trees, near a flowing river, at the top of a mountain, or like today, in the presence of fast flowing, falling water.

I knew I needed to hear the sound and feel the beneficial air purifying and mood-enhancing qualities of negatively charged ions and simply be in the powerful presence of the flow of water.

So today Ripley and I took ourselves off to visit  the waterfall in Glenbranter forest.
